This project involved:-
- Design/Planning/Listed building approval
- Demolition of existing outbuilding
- Underpinning of existing property
- Construction of retaining wall
- Construction of new extension linked to main
house which includes large living room,
wet room and boot room
- Tanking and waterproofing of existing house
- Construction of detached garage and office
- Installation of new patio and seating area
- All landscaping work
This project won the Worcester City Listed Building Award in 2008
