Renovation of Commercial Property - Lower Wick, Worcester

This project involved:-

Complete internal and external renovation of a large office and Warehouse which had been derelict for over 4 years.
It involved the following works:
Internal Works
- Demolition of offices in warehouse
- Demolition of internal walls to create open plan
office area and large exhibition / board room
- Creation of new Reception area
- Rewire and decoration of office area
- New Security Doors and windows to entire office
area
- Construction of new internal block walls with
insulation internally to warehouse area
External Works
- Erection of security
fencing throughout the
perimeter
- New flat roof to office
block
- Removal of existing
cladding to warehouse
and erection of new
coloured cladding
- Construction of new
footpaths and drainage
system around
warehouse and yard
area
- Construction of new reinforced concrete yard and
resurface of car park area
