The complete internal renovation of a dated property in order to put it on the rental market. As such the client required the project to be carried out within a tight timescale
It involved:
- Demolition of internal ways to create open plan
Kitchen Diner
- Complete new Electrics and Heating systems
- New bathroom and Kitchen
- Complete netural decoration throughout the
property
- Creation of new parking area and landscaping to
front of the property
